Jan needa some customer service training in that she should not be on her personal cell phone while helping customers. Trying to schedule an appointment for after work should wait until she is done with the service write up. Tossing paperwork and a pen across the desk without a explanation and expecting a signature is not a reality. Fiannlly, not making thy he effort to walk the few places to the waiting area and speak to the customer is rude. It's even more so to stand in doorway of the service area and help "the owner 9f the Ford Escape." Especially when their name is on the paperwork. If she assigned tome a cr ain, I will find another place to to take my business
