Service a driver could have been a bit more professional but the price of the repair was good so I guess it was ok

I tried multiple times to get my oil changed and brakes replaced
Saturday, tuesday then saturday again with an appointment at 12pm
Two times they told me that they were super busy and id have to come back so i did saturday again with an appointment not only did they make me wait 35 minutes to get help they said i would probably get my car the next day.
Im not sure if they knew what was going on honestly.
The gentlemen at the desk were asking each other questions about orders and if they could do oil changes in 3 hours.
Im sorry to sound like im whinning but that was awful
