Walter was not very knowledgeable with redeeming MyChevrolet Rewards for my service. He made a comment about the fact that when I was last there for a service, I used up my last warrantied service, which I was fully aware of. He made it a point to inform me that this time “You’ll have to pay for your service.” I didn’t feel that was necessary during the beginning of my transaction. Upon picking up and completing my service transaction, 5 different people were required to locate my vehicle, process the transaction correctly with MyChevrolet Rewards, inform Walter of the correct process, and educate the cashier of how to process this transaction. I feel as though if the rewards are redeemable for service, all personnel from service managers to cashiers should be aware of how to carry out the correct process.

CJ was great. Checked my cars history to make sure my car didn’t need something else other than a oil change. Kept me updated to the progress of my vehicle. In the past I have gotten a phone call telling me my car was ready but when I get there, it was not closed out, missing paperwork or still being washed . This time it was smooth. No wait at all.
