I made a appointment for my oil change at 9:00am I wanted like 10 min before I got helped with my car. I also asked for a car wash because my car needed it. They told me I should be done by 11. It was 11:03 and I got a text saying they are still working on my car. The gentleman who helped me came out to apologize for the long wait and they were finally washing my car (11:30) he was saying because of the wait I would get my oil change for free. It was 11:45ish and they were finally done with my car. I went up to pay and It was a total of 75.00. I was confused and frustrated I just paid and left. And It looked like there was a scratch on my window. I hope it’s not , so I’m gonna have to get my car another wash.
I do enjoy my services at this car dealer, but today service was just disappointing
