So I made an appointment to drop off my car to install step bars, get alarm components installed, and cillajet. When booking the appointment was told i would get a loaner car to get to work. When i sat down they said they couldnt get me the loaner car that there wasnt enough. After arguing that i was promised a loaner car they magically found one. Left my car at the dealership all day until the following day. Get a call saying that the step bars were never installed because the part was never ordered. How thats my fault i dont know. Now had to schedule another appointment to get step bars installed, spoke to damn and asked for compensation for the inconvenience, asked if i could get additional parts installed for free.Damon spoke to my wife and told her the additional parts would be taken care of. Come in today to (drop off) my truck to get step bars installed then im told they dont know nothing about them being free, the additonal parts that i was promised would get taken care of are not being taken care of and i would be charged over $200. To top things off there is no loaner car for me to go to work as i was promised there would be. This entire experience has been a nightmare and a huge inconvenience I don't even want to bring my vehicle back to this dealership after all the issues ive had already. Jist purchased this vehicle not even 2 weeks ago and the service after the purchase has been the worst

Howard was great. He’s perfect for his job with his love of and extensive knowledge of vehicles. We definitely bonded and chatted about Vette’s, cars, building vehicles, etc. Howard also offered some super helpful tips for my Vette, which I really appreciated.
