After spending closer to $1300 Tom Chevrolet could not be bothered to have thrown in a complimentary car wash. My service advisors were phenomenal, I’ve worked with them in the past! Great upstanding people, the complimentary wash not being offered has absolutely nothing to do with either advisor and everything to do with customer service and loyalty trainer that Tom Bell clearly lacks.

Staff was friendly, but even with an appointment I sat waiting for over 20 minutes just to drop off my vehicle, and then waited nearly 15 minutes just to get my keys. No acknowledgement or apology for the long wait times, while several trchs stood around ignoring customers waiting. Whichever tech moved my vehicle adjusted my seat a ridiculous amount. Completely unnecessary just to move it to a bay and back.
