I made an appointment to have my Camaro’s MyLink serviced, as it stopped working. I drop my car off and am sent to Damon. Damon made it a strong point he would call me as SOON as he found out what’s wrong with the MyLink. More than a day goes past, I call to see what the deal is with my car. I get transferred to Damon, who doesn't answer, so I leave a message. No return of my call. So about 5 hours pass and I call back. I get transferred again to Damon which was almost impossible to reach him. He tells me that once they rebooted my Chevy MyLink, they found no problem with it and it worked perfectly. So my car had been ready for all this time and I had nobody call to tell me. Absolutely ridiculous. As I’m getting ready to leave, they go to get my car and it takes them almost 30 minutes because they LOST my keys and had 3 staff members searching for it. It made me late for work and I had to explain to my boss how Tom Bell Chevy lost my keys after an already horrible experience. Absolutely embarrassing and unprofessional. Definitely will not be returning.
