Customer service and face to face communication was above wonderful. The only thing I was disappointed in is that when I made my appointment, I let the person scheduling know that there was something going on with my shifting. After dropping the truck off I was informed I would need another appointment because the transmission person was not in that day.

Had appointment on Monday @ 9:30 am. Left my SUV to get diagnosed for front camera/windshield. Was told l would have a call before end of day. Was left a call after 6:00pm. Could not return call for it was after hours. On Tuesday the next was not contact until after6:00pm again. Wednesday no message or contact so l called and left message for a call back x3. Finally got my service person and she told me she would call me right back. After waiting 2 hours l called back and this time l was put on hold for approximately 31 minutes at which time I hung up and called again. I asked to pickup my SUV without having anything done. Very disappointed with this whole experience.
