Sold me a tire that I didn’t need, and claimed the tire could not be repaired. Told him to provide a picture before I decided and he claimed that he couldn’t. Used scare tactics by saying the nail was near the wall. The nail didn’t even go through the tire!!!! On top of it all gave me an attitude about be there at 6pm because of traffic caused by the fire!!!!! My first experience with frontier was by far the worst I’ve had at any dealership. I would never have bought your **** tire if I was able to see my tire first!!! Oh I demanded my tire back and as I’m pulling into the dealership I find Arshak inspecting the tire knowing damn well the damage would not justify a new tire!!! He quickly back peddled and blamed the **** technician!!!!! They didn’t even know which tire the nail came from.
