This is my 3rd time coming in to service my car and it’s the first time that I didn’t even got a chance to talk to Properly talk to Lily. There was another customer in her office when I arrived. I waited a long while for my turn. She called another person in her office and they all started to discuss something. I waited still and then Lily came out and asked if I needed assistance and I said I was there to service my car and to speak to her. She ushered me inside her office while the customer and another person was still inside talking. I didn’t really wanted to go in because the space is small and with COVID in mind I was hesitant but she insisted I follow her through her office and out through inside the building. I had was of course wearing a mask but I felt the need to still cover my nose and mouth as I passed by in between the two that we’re talking. She asked me to then wait just outside her office. A few minutes later she called me and I was walking towards her office when she said someone else is in there now. What happened to my turn? She said that my car is going to be serviced now. I said I wanted to to talk to her and she asked what but I urged her to walk to the side because there were other customers around and I didn’t want to have a conversation where others will hear, because that is not proper. I then said that I was there for an oil change and that the low tire light is on. It was a conversation that should have happened in her office. It was very unprofessional to have a conversation in the hallway while others can hear. About 2 hours later, I got a call from her saying a nail was found in one of the tires and patching will not work. I asked her if I can come in her office to discuss and she said yes. When I got there she was on a call. I waited until she was off the phone. I was looking down at my purse when I heard her say the amount of the tire. No, greetings, no apologies for being on the phone while knowing I would be there. I proceeded in saying yes, I’ll pay for the new tire and that I would of course wait. She said it would be another hour. An hour and a half later, still no call. I went and asked around about the status of my car and a nice lady sitting by herself behind a desk tried to assist me. She said that Lily is out to lunch . She then took a call and I waited there at the desk a while. I looked out and can see that’s car is ready and parked outside. I proceeded to the cashier and asked about my car and was told that yes, it’s ready. I paid for the tire and left. The cashier by the way was very curt. No friendliness in her voice . Am I satisfied? No. You can do better with how you treat your customers. Yes there’s the pandemic but that is just an excuse. You can check from my 2 previous visits and see who helped me. They were both kind and professional. I hope that someone really do read this feedback request and do what’s right .

Advisor never sat me down in her office and explained anything to me about the recall it was do you have an appt. outside I said yes she said I’m going to set you up with a rental and that was it.
