The brake bleeder on the right front wheel was not full tightened. Causing the brake pedal to go to the floor and barely stop the car. It scared my daughter tremendously. Thankfully she was able to pull over and call me. Arshak was not at fault. He took care of the situation and made it right.

I also think you charge too much for your service. I just wanted an oil change and my tires balanced. I left almost 500 dollars poorer. If I wasn’t careful I would have been asked to give you over 400 more for four tires, which I don’t need. I view you as thieves. I probably won’t be back.
