The whole experience left me sad. Staff was on auto-pilot and not very helpful. When I first walked in, the receptionist had no idea where I was supposed to go. She was just a piece of furniture basically.
Gustavo was short and condescending to me. At the end when I got my text telling me my car was ready, I went to the cashier and she literally raised her hand at me and told me to wait while she took a call that was way more important than the customer in front of her
first and last time going to this dealership for service

The mechanic who looked at my car relied only on the diagnostic tool and not his sense of hearing. My car is making a bery audible vacuum leak sound and was not making that noise when I got it. Since the tool didn't pick it up he deemed all was normal. My father is 63 and has been a mechanic for 40 years and knows it's a vacuum leak. For future issues I will take my car to a mechanic we know and trust. I only brought it in because I thought my warrenty covered this, but it did not. Wasted $150 when my other mechanic could have done it for 100 less. Not satisfied at all.

Maria, who answers the phones, is very polite. “It will be a pleasure to transfer your call” is very friendly.
Gus was very helpful. I called him three times from the side of the road on I-5 and he helped me to know that I could drive my car if it was able to start. I drove to the dealer and was helped immediately by your “valet” service department! Gus checked me in right away and called Jose to come diagnose the problem. Five minutes later we knew what was needed and my car was whisked away!
I was told it was a two hour job but they’d get two technicians on it right away.
Within about 90 min my car was finished and I was on my way.
I live in Atascadero and am going to La Canada to take care of my sister after surgery. Having car trouble was not in the plan, but your excellent dealership took care of me!
Amber at checkout was friendly and sent me on my way with well wishes for the rest of my day.
You have a fabulous family at Valencia Toyota.
