This wasn’t really his fault, but the fact that in the middle of a pandemic, with my car slightly over the 100,000 mileage warranty limit, and with confirmation that the door locks was a factory issue, AND after two hours of waiting, to be told they wouldn’t switch out the door lock was absurd. If you do a full inspection on used cars, I would expect Toyota to stand by something so small that they could switch out quickly.
