Gave ridiculous reason for NOT fixing problem that was definitely under warranty... basically stating a Toyota needs to be garaged so it doesn't fall apart..

I only wished Lancaster Toyota would follow your customer service ethics. Perhaps you could send some one over there to train them and I wouldn’t have to drive so far to get my car service. I used to get this accomplished by your service department in an hour and a half.
This time it took almost three hours. I am retired, but my time is worth something.

I was kept 5 hours waiting for an oil change when I told the representative I had to be home to help out with my family. Then I was kinda just told to leave when my car was ready without them telling me anything and I noticed a part was in the red so now I’m driving around with a bad part in my car that maybe can cause an accident or who knows cause I don’t but its ok right. Also another employee told me that the car was ready a while ago!!! Thanks for wasting my precious time.
