I was satisfied on Saturday with Joe the technicians and my radio. Worked all day Saturday with no problems. Now again my Bluetooth does not work I don't know what the issue is I don't know what it is with Toyota but I'm going to call them Monday and let them know this card does not work again I'm not satisfied with that was I satisfied with my service on Saturday absolutely not with what's going on on Sunday I hope when I call on Monday it gets taken care of. Everybody good did a good job on Saturday tried to help me but it's still not working

So, I am not the most trusting of people. I purposely markedly my ol filter housing to make sure the filter was changed as part of the oil change. After the service was completed I checked the marks and noticed they were still lined up as if the oil filter was not changed. I told Jack of my consents. To make a long story a little shorter, Jack had a tech put the car on the lift and checked the ol filter. They saw my markings. The tech removed the filter housing and it was clear the filter was change. When the tech put the filter housing back in the lines remarkably lined up again. I would have thought it would be nearly impossible to turn on and tighten the housing to make the lines line up. However it did. Neither the tech nor Jack were argument or defensive. They listened to my concerns Andy took the time to investigate it. They treated me with the utmost of customer service. I am truly impressed with both of them and your service department. I don’t think they could have handled the situation any better. You should be proud of there work ethic. I hope I did not cause them too much trouble or seem like a complete pain. Once again I thank Jack and the tech for there excellent customer service.

Alex has always been helpful. He let my wife and I know that Toyota dealership and repair department was responsible for the wrong clamp size and reassembly of parts after radiator replacement. He also assured me that engine checks were performed to ensure that we did not receive additional damage to our vehicle from the improper assembly and mentioned that if any operational aspects of the vehicle are not in orders after the proper assembly to follow up with Toyota. He has always been courteous and helpful.

I wish I would have asked how long it would take when I scheduled my appointment. That was my own fault. But if you’d like to improve let your customers know when they schedule something how long it may take. 4 hours was a long time for me to sit in the waiting room but I didn’t have any other options without notice.
