Arshak was nothing but helpful and I will definitely deal with him if I continue to come to Frontier. Now for your service part. This is my first Toyota I’ve bought and this was my 5K visit. I was not even scheduled for an oil change just a check up and tire rotation. This service took almost 4 hours! To top off fluid and rotate tires? This was unexceptionable. 4 hours at a dealership. I could have drove to Hammer had my service and been back home within 2 hours. Very disappointed.

My 2018 Tacoma truck was having a power issue and had a recall on a fuel pump item. When I received my truck back from service, it felt like a brand new truck! The service department at Frontier Toyota does not mess around, they troubleshoot, repair, and get you going again in less time than you would expect. This is my 2nd time working with Joe **** when having my vehicle serviced. On each occasions Joe was friendly, professional and knowledgeable on the service provided. As for the service itself, well it was performed quickly and I’m sure your mechanics performed each task as stated by Joe. We are new in the Santa Clarita area and my vehicle would be serviced at another toyota dealership. In all my 2 experiences with Frontier Toyota have been great
