Jackson E Smith was excellent in customer service. He was very helpful with all my questions. Unfortunately, I wasn’t satisfied with the installation of my running boards to my 2020 Highlander Hybrid. I waited patiently for almost 5 hours and there was some scratches after the installations. Jackson E Smith took some pictures and mentioned he will report it to the Service manager.

$63 for an oil change is very expensive. Cost of oil and filter market price is $27, plus $20 labor that amounts to $47. I won’t go back to this dealership if you guys don’t send me a coupon for a one time free oil change.
