I will wait for the survey and will complete it when it arrives. I think that Lilly did an excellent job in helping me with the issue of the large battery in my Prius failing after only 35,000 miles. Lilly went to bat for me and stayed in close contact with me the entire time! I cannot ask for anything more, and her service was as good as gold! Thank you!
