Alex has been an ABSOLUTE OUTSTANDING employee at your location. He was quick to help me with my situation. As an Active Duty member, I’ve been relying on my vehicle to get me from one base to another daily for my job and the stellar quick and efficient work that Alex has done for me has been beyond outstanding. I was worried that this process would be stressful but Alex made sure my time was put as a high priority and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and took care of any issues/ Questions I had along the way. I don’t have an issue w Lily. But my car shut down in the middle of the road and I brought it in and you guys found nothing. Just gave me the same car back with no assurances it wouldn’t happen again. Then months later, my car gets recalled for that exact issue, so it was obviously something they could have figured out but didn’t. I’ve also mentioned the same issue wi my driver side door every time I bring it in. Lily even confirmed that another Camry drivers have reported the same thing, but your crew can’t/won’t do anything about it. It’s disappointing that I’ve had multiple common issues with my Camry and the Frontier team doesn’t do anything.

I arrived before 11:00 a.m. and did not leave till after 6:00 p.m. My car was supposed to be fixed by 5:00, but I didn't get a call at that time that the car was ready. Around 6:00 p.m. I noticed the cashier was starting to close so I went up to her and asked about my car. It was fixed but nobody notified me. Jasmine, the cashier, was kind enough to help me out and get my car. Alex was supposed to let me know when my car was ready, but I never got any call from him. When I looked into his office he was gone for the day.

Recommended services that aren't recommended in the service manual until 50,000 miles later. Wanted to change the cabin air filter even though my husband changed it himself two months ago. Said the break pads were at the bottom of red (3mm) though when we last took the car to another Toyota dealership two months ago, they had the brake pads on green. Suspicious at best. I don't appreciate it when mechanics try to take advantage of the fact that I know nothing about cars, especially at a dealership. You go to the dealership because you're supposed to be able to trust the dealership with service.
