A new battery was suggested so I got one this morning. However I investigated the throttle body cleaning and found several sources who advised it is unnecessary, particularly when my car is not having any of the symptoms that indicate this overpriced service. Dismayed about that, and I am rethinking where I will take my RAV4 in the future.
