I had an appointment at 8am that I had made the say before with Carlos but it took 2 hours for a simple oil change. Cars after me finished before mine. On top of that my Tacoma has sat in a parked area, and when I asked the service technician if that was my Tacoma he said no- which I checked afterwards as it was mine. The purpose of an appointment is to avoid hours of a wait. I have vehicles for service and maintenance- regular oil changes at Jeep and Toyota. This is a lack of communication. No need to call. Thank You
