Dean came out to greet me straight away and assist me in checking in. He wasn’t the service representative assigned to help me, but he was able to take care of me and get my service appointment set up quickly. I appreciated being looked after so professionally and expeditiously. He kept me updated through the process with text messaging and helped me check out when I returned to collect my car. Dean is a keeper and I’ll definitely ask for him when I come by to have my car serviced on my next visit.

It took almost 3 hours for simple maintenance. It was my first 5,000 mile maintenance check. Once the truck was ready I stood in line at the cashier as instructed and apparently the system was down. The white heavy set woman behind the counter was VERY rude. I was frustrated and asked how much longer and she said fine and printed out my paperwork and threw it my way. I should of told her off. If this is how Frontier handles customers then they are horrible. My family and I have purchased several cars through Frontier.. but now we will take our business to Hamer if not satisfied. A apology from that woman would be sufficient.

I called Joe **** and had a problem with the charging door and Joe told me to bring it over. Luckily the service department figured out the problem and shoe let us know I car was ready to leave. We appreciated his time.
