I believe that no oil change was done? I thought that was a part of the 15,000 mile service. If I had known I would of specified for this to be done. I commute with this car and only can use a Saturday to bring the car in for service. Not sure when I will bring the car in again for its next service. It may be longer than recommended. Don’t get me wrong my service advisor was great. But I’m confused as to why this wasn’t done by the mechanic

I did not have an appointment, but Gus told me to come on in anyway around 1 o’clock and he assured me that I should be taken care of. It did not take long. I got a chance to catch up on some of my office work while I was there waiting, walked across the street and had lunch and when I came back, Gus told me you’re done. Gus made the whole experience seem so pleasant!

Lily was very pleasant to work with. She explained how to check in early since my vehicle was disabled and had to be towed there. She called and emailed me right away in the morning to let me know it was being looked at right away. She then called to let me know what repairs were needed, and later that the work was finished and the car ready to be picked up. She was super! Thanks to Lily!
