I really liked how Carlos Lopez said he would put his best mechanic to work on my car. Carlos also offered me a Uber ride to my house. He also was very informative on the process of my car being worked on. He also called in a Car rental because it would be until Monday until my car was completed. I know I'm not Carl's only customer, but he sure did make me feel like I was, and that made me feel special. Carlos was such a Classy guy. Very unprofessional service by Dean. Several times pretended that he did not understand what I said implying that my English is bad. Then I also requested an Uber service to take me home, he replied by asking my address for confirmation. I went to a waiting room and then after 15 mins reached Dean again to confirm when should I expect for Uber, he said that he did not order it as my car will be ready soon. Then he also added that he did not hear me requesting Uber. Overall, very rude and mean person. I will never be taking my car to this service center again.
