I was quoted a price of $3100 to replace my hybrid battery
My car is a 2014 Prius C and has 121k miles on it. I researched the warranty on this car and my understanding is that hybrid batteries are to be replaced after 10 years or 150k miles. So, why was I being quoted anything??
That battery should have been replaced for free?

Unfortunate my experience with Toyota has been horrible. After taking my vehicle for a recall and ask to wait 8 hours for an issue of Toyota is a horrible experience. I contacted Toyota brand dept and was told that I was able to get a temporary vehicle or transportation which was not offer and rudely after persisting given an Uber.
