Daven is great, and I really value his service as should you.
However, there was the confusion with the construction upon drop off. When picking up my car, I waited over 5 minutes in line just to have someone take the return. The car in front of me was being helped by someone, which for some reason took a lot of time. There were others at the outdoor desk, but no-one came out to assist. When I finally was to receive my car, I was told to wait and someone would drive it up. I waited several minutes. I happened to notice my car parked behind me. I had to walk up to the outdoor desk to ask for my keys. Poor service.

I had to wait for 15 minutes, but an employee check with me every five minutes, you had great golf, fun, and when I asked for a drinking fountain, I was shown to the snack bar, which had everything.
The loaner car was great!
