Waiting 2 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. I had to walk out to ask for my car, and I suspect the car had been ready for several minutes since my car was pulled up from the parked lot and not the service Bay. This is my first Lexus. I really expected a lot more. And what's this thing that I have to leave the lounge to go sign a form in the service guys office? He should come to us. I hate to say this, but the Acura service was better. The service guy came to us and came to us if we were waiting THE SECOND the car was ready. You guys can do better than this
