The experience with Angelo the service department when I was making appointment was not satisfactory, the manager David G did not get back to me after leaving him a lengthy message. The previous service guy gave me wrong information about the length of time I could do my complimentary service since my mileage was low. In the beginning they are NOT allowing me to use it until Gina the manager the following day gave me an exception. She was nice enough to allow it but she became very impatient with her conversations with me. A customer should always be treated with respect and has the right to know the correct informations so these things won’t happen. I think all of your service department people should be re-trained on everything they should know as well as proper conduct over the phone. Thank you!
