The quality of service and the outstanding consideration and positive treatment of every customer is unique to Lexus. My service provider, Carlos, was welcoming, on time, efficient and interested in my satisfaction with my total Lexus experience from point if ownership. Upon my arrival the other members of the service staff greeted me immediately and informed me who my service provider would be. I only waited 2 minutes before being seen. I requested a shuttle and the driver was courteous and pleasant. The quality of the service and the people never disappoint.
