I was told that Even though I’ve barely put any miles on the vehicle, I had to bring it for service because 6 months had gone by since the last checkup, and if I didn’t it would void the warranty.
The service wasn’t free, it was $250, and they didn’t even clean the car inside.
So I feel bullied into coming in for something That was non-essential, especially during this Covid time.
Not happy at all.

My service advisor was fine. It is nice to get loaner car but you have to clean loaner car - vacuum and clean inside the car. Do not claim you are five star dealer - i do not think you are qualify for the category because you are going above and beyond to satisfy customers. I have been there for almost 4 years for service and my level of satisfaction is going down each time of visit. This is just my opinion.
