Could you provide cleaning wipes or a spray & paper towels in the waiting area? During Covid it made me uneasy to sit anywhere. Luckily I had leftover wipes in my bag. Also I forgot to ask if they wiped down the interior of my vehicle after being in it. Commercials show some dealers spray the interior but I wasn't advised if any of this was done.

Today's service was for a recall & a software upgrade. Since it would take at least half a day, my rental car was ready. Isaac took me early for my appointment and was super professional, helpful and both drop off & pick up took literally only minutes and I was on my way.
I appreciated the nice job the car was did, except that the windshield came out pretty grimy.
