South County Lexus with both Scott & Devon have ALWAYS been friendly and helpful. This particular service was super confusing for me, so I needed an additional explanation from Dave Gee (the service Mgr). Not only was Dave informative, but extremely willing to go over ALL the issues I had. Dave assured me if I had any further problems with this matter, Lexus is always here to accommodate me.
