My head gasket quit at 109k, and no reason was given. My loaner was taken after 1 day. Took a week to get answer from lexus hq that they would pay a portion. I am impressed lexus did something (50% of the 5k bill) but taking the loaner created a major ****. I buy lexus for experience and reliability of the vehicle. Car has been serviced regularly. Rental cost me 350 dollars, and I spent 50 in uber dealing with rental. I was set on getting a gx or a used lc as my next purchase, but I am now considering a RAV4 prime or a different branded product. Thank you for what you did, but a 10/10 is not possible with what happened. More of a 5/10. My entire family owns lexus, this is my 2nd lexus.
