Hassan was very very professional but when asked if there’s a service for the mall, he said it’s very near you can walk. Which means I will walk under the sun!in the middle of the heat. I know where the mall is, but knowing Lexus can provide service for the mall and did it before with somebody. Why did he answer me that way. I am very disappointed knowing Lexus should have a first class service. If Honda and Toyota and other car dealership can provide that service, how much more is Lexus with the price tag that comes with it even maintenance services.
