Lounge is dirty. Debris in seat cushions. One chair missing back cushion. Glass door to drive is dirty with visible fingerprints. Service writer, Carlos, was excellent.

Friendly & helpful service reps. In addition to the recall work required, the tech uncovered another issue with the airflow system & completed the work in a timely manner. Always appreciate the updates when car will be finished as well as the car wash.

You don't enforce the mask policy inside. I complained about someone, you did noting, several employees spoke with her but never told her to put the mask on after several complaints. Is there a new mask exemption to use your phone ? We can spread the virus by being over privileged? Customers like me don't want to shop or have my car serviced at your dealership if you continue to ignore state law, and customer complaints it's really ridiculous that you won't say anything to your customers out of fear but you'll lose my business over me being concerned over everyone's health. Maybe you should close the inside until you can better keep it under control. This is a state mandate you are violating by non enforcement when reported. You aren't taking this seriously and I won't buy my next Lexus here now after having to be subject to the super spreader on the phone for 90 minutes. If I get covid 19, you get to pay all the expenses as you are being negligent after being made aware, it's really distressing to have to wear this mask everywhere and watch other people flaunt the rules and businesses like yours don't enforce it because of money vs people's health. Update : the other lady coughing is still in the building like did you forget there was a pandemic ??????? So again I asked your employee to remove the woman coughing and instead he just said my car would be ready soon ... Your employees have no concern for public health protocol, you don't care or care to enforce it. The employees barely follow it as well, which is why they don't enforce it. Am I gonna have to drive my car 30 miles out of the way for service Bc the business cannot Comply with regulations in place for months ?? This a serious concern to report and be totally ignored. You might as well close the showroom you are begging for the state to shut it down for non compliance ..
