I felt deceived. You called me to tell me I needed to bring my car in for service. When I got there I found out it was for my 45000 mile service but my car only has 43000 miles on it so I didn’t even need service yet. The service was estimated to cost over $300. I was supposed to have two prepaid services left but was then told that was only to rebalance my tires and didn’t cover anything else. Every time I ask questions things get less clear. I won't be coming back. I only want to deal with businesses that I trust and you have lost my trust.
