This service was the for the application of Zactec today.
When I got home I took the time to examine the work performed.
Below the front grille there is a painted surface below the grille.
No attention was paid to this. If you were to wash the car with detail this area would have been very clean as well as the entire car. My assumption
Is that one of 2 things happened today. My car was washed only, with neglect
To this area and possibly Zactec applied but not to the entire car.
Bottom line, my car was returned to me much quicker than promised
Leading me to believe with wonder without paid service used today at your dealership Scott could have cared less, there
Was nothing in this service for him. As you-well know this was a pre paid service, Zactec , nearly 5 years ago.
Service is important, to your dealership I should matter. I came very close to returning my car today but decided against it.
However I am more than willing to hear from your service manager.
