While the mechanical work seemed fine my car was returned with the following: Dust all over the dash, dash display, etc. finger prints on the rear view mirror, the rugs were vacuumed but not even a damp cloth used anywhere inside the car. When I mentioned this to the service manager he said due to COVID they have minimized the inside cleaning but they do offer a full detail service for a fee. This makes no sense. If your willing to detail for a fee at least do some minimal cleaning inside after a $1000 service appt. this is the first time this has happened to us and we are on our 2 nd Lexus always serviced at south county.

One of your employees was eating in my car and left an onion/carrot and trash. My car smelled and the attendant then had the audacity to give me attitude when I mentioned I had been waiting to have my car re-washed and no one came to find me. I wasted an hour of my day when my pick up should have taken a few minutes. This was a unprofessional, un-hygienic and rude experience at this dealership. Your customers should expect that their cars will be taken care of when they are left in your care. We always take our car to Santa Monica Lexus (for 17 years) but tried Mission Viejo this time. Devan was the lone right spot at this location, however the rest of the staff would benefit from a lecture on enhancing the customer experience if the goal is to have customers return. Overall this experience does not create a great deal of trust and confidence in your establishment.
