I had a maintenance problem with our back tire on our LS 500 and Isaac took very good care of me made sure it was nice and safe and that there was no problem with the tire and it was safe to drive. I brought it in because it made a little noise and I wasn’t sure, but he did everything to test drive it and put it up on the rack to make sure that it was safe, I really appreciate him he’s very good at what he does and very personable.

Loaner car I had 10 miles of range on it and my wife had to put $40 in gas in the car. Service rap upside my wife into getting the oil change early along with other inspection cost including alignment for a total bill of $470. She was just supposed to get the fuel pump recall fixed. I stopped the Alignment and get the price reduced to two $270. Then they weren’t going to give us the 15% credit for coming through Costco until I requested it. The discount was not 15% and there was no explanation. I will never go back to South County Lexus for service again
