Several reasons. Car was towed there on a Friday morning. Was led to believe that work may be completed by Friday evening. Never heard from Lexus. Called Saturday afternoon and was told someone would call when it was ready. Never heard from Lexus. Called on Monday afternoon and was told I would be called back by my advisor, but pushed back to get an update, and learned my car was ready. I asked for a pickup (since I had never been offered a loaner car) and was told that 16 miles was too far. So I had to inconvenience a friend to take me there (on Tuesday). Was greeted professionally, paid for the service and waited over 20 minutes for the car to be brought out. It was explained that it was being washed, but it was dirty with bird droppings and dust, so it was probably washed the day before). Not exactly an A Approach experience deserving of a 10, or even a 5. Happy to provide more details if you desire.
