The outside of my car is now spotless. (Thank you) My only complaint is that I scheduled my appointment with RGD. I did not learn he was on vacation until I arrived for my appointment. Had I known, I would have rescheduled but thank Ronnie for covering.

More like 7 out of 10. I realize Tim got busy however waited close to 15 minutes upon my arrival to pick up vehicle and pay for service performed. Would have been simpler to go to the cashier and pay my bill. Just being straightforward
