Well that’s pretty much the only number you offered. I would have given a 8.5-9 the guy didn’t call me to let me know my car had to stay there over night and I had to call to find out even after I responded to your no response text messages. So that’s why I give less then a 10. Just fix your communication. If you want to use sms text- respond and or call people to let them know what the deal is and not just go home for the day.
