Brian makes Honda look like a 5-star service center. When I call in to get the estimate for the Alternator replace, he suggest me to have the diagnostic done first to find out what caused the battery died. I brought the car in and he take care of my car promptly. When the mechanic found there is nothing wrong with my alternator since I just replaced the battery. Brian professionally and patiently explained how the Honda alternator work under load. I am very happy with his service. I will definitely will bring my back to Brian for next service.

The wait time to get checked in was very long. I arrived at 6:50 am and didn’t finish with the service advisor till 7:30. There was about 5 people in front of me. Need a better system to check people in and get them on their way.
