Back in September I faxed the papers emailed to me by Mr Torrente about my Care Plan for my KIA. When my son brought the car for the scheduled maintenance with the coupon from our book he was given a hard time about the Care plan once again. Apparently, nothing is in your system and they wanted to charge him again. Yesterday I faxed the papers one more time. This is terrible customer service. From the finance person that failed to enter the correct information to the Business Department who has failed to update the records.
