Waited in the walk in service line way too long before anyone came to ask us the reason for our visit. A good morning - we apologize in advance for an anticipated long wait from one of the many employees who walked past us during the 2 hour wait would have been nice. I get it- everyone has their own function and job duties- I totally understand that but perception is reality until you demonstrate something different. When Hugo finally did come to my window- he started with an apology for the long wait and was EXTREMELY professional and kind. He taught me something about my car that no one else at the dealership in the almost 3 years that I’ve had my car ever bothered with. As for the rest of it - my car was done in an acceptable amount of time. Again Hugo was great.
