Disappointed Customer, You said that there was some electrical component that was wrong with my car that might cost 6,000 to 7,000 to fix. You guys were not able figure out the actual problem until I pay you $400 to get a further diagnostic. You said it could be due to my bumper car accident that you can re open an insurance claim. When I took in the car the only problem I had was my car trunk would not open which you said one of my floor mats was stuck on the trunk that you pulled out. When I picked up my car because I could not leave it overnight again I saw that my check engine light turned on when I only dropped it off to have my trunk checked for not being able to open. You guys checked the light and said you forgot to reset but nothing was wrong and gave me a report. It was late at night when I picked up the car and was frantic when the check engine light turned on that I did not inspect the car for scratches. When I checked my car in the morning light there was a big scratch on my driver side that was never there until I left the car there with Honda. I drove there on my way to work to show you the scratched that looked like someone purposely scratched with a mechanical tool. You told me that how do we know you didn’t do it? Ok???? Also, my trunk opens fine now. The only thing was the floor mat got stuck and once that was taken out the trunk functions normally. This shows me how your dealership is very unethical with your practices. I hope that the owner will read this and reconsider the company practices!!!!!!!

Might never buy Honda product again, but certainly would never go to or recommend Buena Park Honda ever. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in last 50 years.
