Out of all my experiences at multiple Honda locations, I can definitely say that my service experience with Joanne has been the best. Her customer service is superb and amazing. I really appreciate the constant updates she sends along with the fast feedback when I have questions about my car. We were called to inform us that the vehicle was ready to be picked up, however they dented the rear fender of the car and now it needs to be returned for repair work. Not very happy at all. We have been taking care to dealerships for 35 years and NEVER had this happen before.

Had to wait an additional 30 minutes on top of my appointment time. Original appointment time was 11:40, was there 10 minutes early, and wasn’t seen by a service advisor until 12:10. Same could be said about waiting for my car to be pulled up. Overall just slow and poor service all around.
