Eugene was great, very clear on his description of the process regarding my repair and was accommodating of my situation. He even called me back to let me know I was charged the wrong amount so I was able to get a refund of the difference. He deserves a kudos and a bonus for his outstanding service and honesty! I hope the problem with my car’s air conditioner will be totally resolved. I’ve been going to Buena Park Honda for the past 4 years and still they couldn’t fix the air conditioner of my civic. I spent those summers miserably because of the heat. They’ll fix it then it will be cool for 3-4 months only then they’ll change another part again. I drive 1 and 1/2 hours going to work and another 1 1/2 - 2 hours going home without air conditioner in the heat of summer. I already spent a lot of money and I hope they fix it this time. Thank you.
