Ismael was very kind. I came in for a regular service/oil change and found I needed a new battery and cable cable needed to be replaced. Your service department installed the last battery so how does that happen when it hasn’t been touched sense the last battery service.
Next I tried, to submit a $20.00 rebate for the battery on line and couldn’t get it to work.
I could use some help with the rebate. TY
