Your service agent had promised before the service was provided that my truck would be getting a full detail wash and for the inconvenience I was having with the defective back up camera he would also fill up the gas tank. He did none of those things.

At first I had a hard time to understand the costs of things he said I needed. He never showed me my old filters that he said I needed. I took him at his word. Seems to cost too much and sorry I have a car that you have to be expert mechanic just to change battery and filters. Being 85 I was used to doing my own on previous Ford 61 falcon and then 1999 explorer. Wish had back. Your place is nice and hope you have a good night. Thank you mrs. Gandee

So far so good thank you guys. I will mention that when my vehicle was done it was 5:15 and when I got there it was around 5:40 or so. I wanted to get my car before you closed at 6. I was told my car was drying from a car wash but had never gotten the car wash. I was offered by a gentleman as he was walking away and he noticed my car never got washed but knowing it was close to closing I felt it was inconvenient on both ends. Other than that locks are good. Service was professional. Thank you.
